About TMG
TMG was formed in 1998 as Futurenet Technologies, Inc and specialized in providing technology solutions to small and medium sized businesses in Arizona. As the business expanded, Futurenet began helping its clients define and establish best of breed technology infrastructures. Since many of the required skills were outside of Futurenet's scope of service, it began to seek and recruit candidates for these companies and help them avoid common pitfalls in the hiring of technology professionals.
Subsequently, Futurenet was sold which allowed Jeremy Marks to start TMG and focus exclusively on matching the perfect employees to the right employers.
About Jeremy Marks
Jeremy grew up in a suburb of Cleveland Ohio called Beachwood and received his Bachelors Science in Finance from Miami University (Oh). Upon graduation from MU, Jeremy moved to Arizona and joined State Savings Bank, FSB as their first full-time IT Systems Administrator. While at State Savings, Jeremy built an IT department that sought out innovation and worked on the beta mortgage approval project with Fannie Mae which led to the first fully mobile mortgage sales force in the Western United States.
While earning his MBA from Arizona State University, State Savings Bank was acquired by Fifth Third Bank and Jeremy took the opportunity to start his own technology consulting/support firm called Futurenet Technologies, Incorporated. From servers to workstations, programmers to developers, telephony to IT management Jeremy and his organization helped clients tackle all facets of technology within their organization.
Jeremy was hired by Stanford Hospital & Clinics as the PMO Director for the Customer Response Transformation Phase II leading a matrix team of hospital and technology managers and directors responsible for improving inbound channels of communication. The project was a huge success and the team received the prestigious Melinda S. Mitchell award which acknowledges just one initiative each year that makes the largest positive impact on the organization. With the successful outcome of the CRT initiative, Jeremy then helped open the brand new Stanford Medical Outpatient Center in Redwood City, CA.
